OUR STORY
IT STARTED WITH A FRIENDSHIP.
It was not my plan to start a homeless ministry. I have always had a heart for those affected by homelessness and addiction, but assumed I wasn’t the guy to help.
The need felt too big and complicated and I did not feel qualified, so I did not imagine that God would use me to make a difference in this way.
However, one day, I prayed the dangerous prayer:
“Here I am, Lord, send me.”
That night, God began a friendship between me and Marco, who was living on the streets just down the road from my home. I started spending time with Marco and his friends: sharing meals, helping connect them to resources, watching the Super Bowl together. Marco even came to my wedding and spent the morning of my wedding day with me.
That friendship opened my eyes to people I had driven past for years, people often overlooked and unlikely to walk through the doors of our churches.
Soon, others began joining us on the streets. More friendships formed. We shared more meals, opened the Bible together, and over time, Street Church was born.
Today, the heart is the same: show-up consistently, make new friends, love, serve, and point one another to Jesus.
Because Jesus changes everything.

We believe that faith in Jesus fuels life transformation so we do discovery bible studies together and equip everyone to multiply disciples.
